Product Owner
As a Product Owner, you'll support the execution of product solutions for card processing application development . This role will translate our strategic roadmap into a clear, functional backlog and then drive the development of these new capabilities. The ultimate goal of this role is to build and deliver the right features at the right time to maximize revenue growth, client satisfaction and solution adoption.

What you'll do


  • Drive the solutioning process to convert high level roadmap items into detailed epics and user stories that feed our execution backlog
  • Represent the voice of the user and define minimum viable scope for each item on the roadmap
  • Manage the tradeoffs within each epic to balance scope, time and resources while delivering on the epic's goal
  • Work with Customer Success and Operational Teams to understand, scope and prioritize customer friction points and product bugs within the context of larger strategic priorities.
  • Write clear, verifiable acceptance criteria
  • Participate in validation of completed stories throughout the sprint
  • Demo completed functionality at sprint reviews
  • Build trusted relationships with cross-functional teams in order to deliver predictable, high-quality outcomes
  • Tirelessly chase down open questions, blockers, and dependencies.
  • Stay true to our values, including serve the human first; which means prioritizing consumer transparency, trust and privacy

About You


  • 2+ years of relevant product owner or product manager experience working with SaaS, B2B software, or enterprise software platforms
  • Experience effectively working in an Agile Scrum environment
  • Experience owning a product backlog and prioritizing features
  • Former practice with the process of product definition and validation; delivering MVP products and then iterating to improve them
  • Ready to be in a remote-first work culture and the sense of accountability to be successful in it.
  • Business Minded. Eager and able to connect each new feature to the business value they provide to our customers.
  • Good product intuition; you can gather insights and synthesize customer needs into clear product requirements and roadmap.
  • The ability to influence people to get things done across the organization, striving to remove complexity and simplify both ideas and communication
  • Familiarity and comfort with the pace of an early stage company
